layered, it embodies Washington’s character. This vintage is a true Bordeaux-style blend—with a uniquely Northwest twist.
Deep ruby in the glass, the 2023 Jack opens with inviting aromas of blackberry, plum, and toasted vanilla. On the palate,
layers of dark cherry, black currant, and cocoa are supported by hints of cedar, tobacco, and cracked pepper. A silky
mouthfeel, balanced acidity, and refined tannins carry through to a long, satisfying finish.
