2020 Late Harvest Roussanne
Brassy gold in color, our 2020 Late Harvest carries on the tradition of ice-wine style winemaking at Patterson Cellars. The wine opens with intense aromas of ripe pineapple, apricots, orange blossoms and honey. The creamy mouthfeel carries flavors of candied oranges, pineapple, and yellow cling peaches into a surprisingly light and refreshing finish, where the lingering fruits are joined by hints of butterscotch. This wine will pair beautifully with biscotti, a plate of creamy cheeses, or alongside a crème brûlée.
