2022 Chardonnay
Our full-bodied and balanced 2022 Chardonnay combines the best of both oak and stainless-steel winemaking techniques. Fresh and lively, opening notes of honeysuckle, lemon zest, tropical fruits, and light vanilla are backed by a core of minerality. Slightly lower than usual levels of ripeness at harvest led to lower alcohol levels and more pronounced citrus accompanying the usually dominant and mouthwatering flavors of pineapples and pears. The finish is long and crisp, resolving finally into that same core of minerality noted at the start. Pair this food-friendly Chardonnay with your favorite quiche, sweet and savory ravioli fillings with cream sauce, or pretty much any seafood fresh off the grill this summer!
