This medium to dark purple colored wine opens with inviting aromas of strawberry compote and dark cherries, with hints of clove, dried fruits, and well-worn leather. Mouthwatering flavors of ripe dark cherries, strawberries, fig, vanilla bean and a bit of bramble are backed up by smooth, supple tannins and a finish of light tapenade and leather notes.
