2023 Grenache Blanc
This Grenache Blanc, our very first, was fermented and rested in concrete, resulting in this delightful addition to our lineup of white wines. Aromas of tangerine, lemon zest and honeysuckle lead directly into crisp, mouthwatering flavors of citrus and pears, culminating in a long finish featuring closing hints of light minerality. This medium bodied Grenache Blanc will pair beautifully with many flavorful dishes from herbed fish or chicken to a Mediterranean style leg of lamb.
